Cancellation policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our digital and personalized services, cancellations are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Refund policy

All purchases are non-refundable due to the nature of our digital products and personalized services. Once a plan, blueprint, or coaching program is paid for, we cannot offer refunds. Please review all service descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Disputes

If you're unhappy with a service, please email hello@koregaia.com within 7 days of delivery. We review every concern personally and aim to resolve disputes within 10 business days. Due to the nature of our digital and personalized products, all sales are considered final once paid for.

Promotions

Any promotional pricing, discount codes, or limited-time offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the promotion and cannot be combined unless explicitly noted.

Service area

Koregaia services are offered to clients worldwide via virtual sessions, and in person within the New York metro area. We do not ship physical goods.
